This is a finishing drill designed to teach you how to take the ball under control and beat the goal keeper one on one. It's also a drill for the goalkeeper as they work on shutting down the angle and making close-range saves.
Set up the rebounder at the edge of the D outside the 18-yard box and get your team to line up to the side. Now take it in turns to pass the ball into the Spot so it loops up at around chest height. Take a touch to bring the ball under control and try to beat the keeper. Work on as many different control skills as you can. The keeper needs to decide when to come out and narrow the angle in order to make the save.
