Your thigh is a great way to bring the ball under control and knowing how to use it effectively can give you a competitive edge on the pitch. Often it is quicker and safer to use your thigh rather than your foot it can allow you to drop the ball at your feet, move it to the left or right, or set yourself up for a volley.
To start, pass the ball into the SPOT rebounder with enough power so that it comes back to you at waist height. Use your thigh to bring the ball under control and drop it down at your feet. As the ball bounces, use either the instep or the outside of your foot to guide it to the side so you can turn and dribble through the three cones at the back. Once you have completed the cones, pass the ball back into the rebounder with your other foot and repeat the drill going in the opposite direction. See how many times you can do this in a minute.
