The drag over is an advanced control skill that allows you to control the ball as it bounces and change direction. This is similar to the drag back but allows you to move more to the side from a similar starting position.
Start by passing the ball into the Spot so that it comes back to your feet. Let it bounce between your legs and as it bounces spin your body and roll your instep over the top of the ball so you are facing in the opposite direction. Now dribble through the three cones at the back. Using your other foot pass the ball into the Spot and repeat the drill going in the opposite direction. See how many times you can do this in a minute.
